In 2005, in order to respond to user needs, AIN developed the clad-material-based "VCM Board" (=Various Clad Metal Board) volume production system. VCM Board, for its special characteristics, is fit for a wide range of uses. Take, for example, "VCM Board" in a high-intensity LED product, high heat originating from LED・R and other components is conducted directly to the back surface via the copper post instead of via the through hole thanks to copper’s superior heat conductivity (400W/mK). For this merit, various types of LED-based lighting products of high quality can be designed without sacrificing any of the LED properties.
"VCM Board" is also adequate for use in LED Package, and various kinds of boards with different specifications can be tailored. Better still, improved conforming rates and higher reliability at the surface-mounting stage can be expected for its superior properties.
In addition to the above, "VCM Board" is useful for heavy-current printed circuit board products. To be more specific, "VCM Board" multilayer process can be incorporated in the usual manufacturingprocess under control. For this merit, "VCM Board" remains the preferred choice for inverter/hybrid products among users.

In 1995, AIN developed "Ceramic Printed Wiring Board" manufacturing process using plating techniques and initiated mass production.
The unique manufacturing process of our own made possible to use various kinds of ceramic materials in the manufacture of printed circuit boards. Moreover, "Ceramic Printed Wiring Board" manufactured under this specific method offers highly reliable through-hole pattern accuracy and other superior characteristics as compared to the conventional ceramic printed wiring boards.
Not only the above "Ceramic Printed Wiring Board" but also the common type non-shrinkage multi-layer LTCC boards are manufactured by adopting plating techniques, and both of them offers superior electric and W/B characteristics. AIN, with an eye toward the future demand on advanced products, always stands prepared to provide high quality "Ceramic Printed Wiring Board" adaptable to user needs.

In 1978, AIN, ahead of all others, developed "PTFE Printed Wiring Board" manufacturing process and got started mass production to satisfy the increased demand for high-frequency printed wiring boards.
High-frequency printed wiring boards are mainly used in the fields of satellite broadcasting, over-the-air accessing, millimeter wave radar, highway traffic systems. And in the future, applications in wide areas including the next generation mobile communication system are highly possible.
With regard to "PTFE Printed Wiring Board", AIN can assure customers of a wide variety of meaningful ideas based upon our excellent and reliable engineering ability backed by the unremitting efforts for longer than 30 years since its foundation.

In 1985, AIN set up Electronic Equipment Department to respond to diverse user needs and initiated total Electronics Manufacturing Service that begins with the electronic components surface-mounting process and ends with the assembly process. Besides, as we are ready to procure kinds of components (from primary distributors), and for this advantage, AIN, under the slogan of "the supply of advanced and high-quality products at a reasonable price on shorter lead times", satisfies a variety of customer needs.
As a consequence, AIN became a reputed "EMS" manufacture and is highly regarded by users.
